Hi I am Judy, I am stuck on a couple abbreviations if anyone can help, they are CAD, PB, DP, AMP,DAN4, Thanks for any help I really appreciate it, Just have not seen these before

Hi Judy, Which pattern are you seeing these abbreviations in? Usually an author will add a definition for any more unusual stitches. Julia, AFC editor

I do not see any of those abbreviations included in this pattern. Can you post the link on here as to where you are seeing them or you can do a Google search for an explanation of what they could mean.

Hi JudyH1 6584351 and Hippie Chick, we have a helpful chart of crochet abbreviations here: https://www.allfreecrochet.com/Basics/Crochet-Abbreviations. We hope this helps! - Editors of AllFreeCrochet

The Midnight Aura wrap has a stitch pattern that closely resembles the granny square- which I absolutely love. There is a nice pointed edge to it, as well. That design will effectively allow the wrap to hang nicely without the added bulk of a wide strip resting on your chest. For a fuller figure gal, like me, this is a plus! Thank you for the pattern!

I am a witchy woman and I do love this wrap! The colors are sophisticated, and the stitch pattern is visually interesting but not too difficult.

Unfortunately, the Boutique yarn is no longer available. I was thinking of using Red Hearts With Love Metallic but I am not sure whether this will work for the pattern. My main concern is the texture of the yarn itself is much smoother than the original yarn that was discontinued.

There are so many design elements in this wrap. The ends of the wrap are a form of scallop and the inside of the wrap is different than the outer edges. The designer put a lot of work into this wrap. With the selection of any variegated yarn, the end result will be a beautiful piece to add to any collection.

I really like the type of yarn used in this wrap. Since I like blue in any shade, this is Midnight Aura wrap will stand out when worn on a white or cream top. The stitches used give an exquisite texture to this accessory. Although if I were to make this for myself or someone, I'd make it longer and wider and maybe bulkier to make it withstand the coming freezing winter months. You can also make this in one solid color or in any color you fancy.

This wrap uses a lovely stitch pattern--open, yet with coverage. I like wraps that are worked on the width--not so many chains to work into! I'm looking ofrward to making this soon.

This pattern is beautiful, and I love the yarn you used!

The presentation of this Midnight Aura Wrap is striking. I can honestly say, I have never thought to wear a wrap in this fashion. I read through the crochet directions and they seem simple enough even though the rating is that of intermediate. The design is open and that usually lends itself to be just warm enough.

Very elegant wrap. Would look beautiful worked with sparkle yarn. I am making a tunic top for someone now and it is made with sparkle yarn and I love the way it looks. This is a very versatile wrap as I see it can be worn in so many different ways. Pattern is very straight forward and easy to follow.

This Midnight Aura Wrap is so beautiful, with a very well written pattern. I like the way it is written and the stitches are well explained and sounds so easy to make. I think a beginner crocheter could make this due to the way the pattern is done. I'm sending this pattern to my daughter who is just learning to crochet. I saved the pattern using the link below the pattern to print. I'm looking forward to making this wrap and hope to find the beautiful yarn that is used. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
