Such a gorgeous design and one that I have really enjoyed making! Because my favorite bit about any project is the actual crochet itself I usually get bored with putting the whole thing together. This afghan is so beautiful, though, that I have loved every single minute of making it. I have used colors in shades of charcoal, grey and off white and it looks just a beautiful as the original pic shown on the pattern.

This is a lovely blanket. It involves making a number of different kinds of granny squares, which makes it portable - you can make a square waiting in the doctor's office or whatever. You arrange all the finished squares according to the pattern, sew them together, and add an edging. An easy way to get a beautiful piece of decor, or to give as a gift!
