Cut 448, 12” pieces of A. For each piece of fringe, hold 2 pieces of A tog, fold in half. Insert crochet hook through top of dc from Rnd 3 of Eighth Ring, grab fringe at fold point, pull through st part way (loop formed), grab ends of fringe and pull through loop, pull taut. Repeat for each pair of fringe and each dc around.
Weave in ends.
