Snowball Bun Hat

It's called the Snowball because the bobbles are in white, contrasted by a rich navy blue. The pattern features alternating color changes and the changes on the brim are especially complicated. This pattern will be an Intermediate Level for this reason. I have used a shimmering white yarn to make the "snowballs" really pop and shine!
