With A, ch 8. Join with sl st to form ring.
1st rnd: Ch 1. Work 16 sc in ring. Join B with sl st to first sc.

3rd rnd: Ch 4 (counts as tr). (Yoh) twice and draw up a loop in same sp as last sl st. (Yoh and draw through 2 loops on hook) twice. *(Yoh) twice and draw up a loop in next tr.
