"This pattern is designed with summer in mind. I love the lacy effects on it. It has a strap at the neck which ties up nicely. For this project you will need sport weight yarn in two complementary colors or self striping yarn, you could also make it in solid color, 5.0 mm crochet hook, yarn needle and stitch markers.
