One skein of extra bulky yarn is all that's needed to work up this quick and simple crochet hat pattern. It's so fast to crochet, you can start and finish this beanie in just one sitting! It's a great pattern to use for last minute Christmas gifts (for yourself, or for others!). One skein of Lion Brand's Wool Ease Thick & Quick yarn in Flamingo was used here, but any bulky weight yarn can be used for this basic beanie hat. Variegated yarn is always an effortless way to add a touch of color.
