Spiral Star Basket Weave Beanie

"The spiral star basket weave beanie hat is a full top winter cap crochet pattern. It is an easy pattern made of front and back post double crochets. The pattern of increasing front post double crochet stitches gives it a fun star like design on the crown of the hat. It calls for about 230 yds of worsted weight yarn and a size H8 hook. I used Red Heart super saver for this pattern, but any worsted weight yarn that make gauge will work for this thick and warm hat pattern."
