Rainy Day Square

"The rainy day square is a simple crochet square. Small spike stitches represent raindrops (hence the name Rainy Day square!). Where I live, Autumn is usually rainy, but I love the sound of the rain! You can use this square to make potholders, dishcloths, or blanket squares. You'll need worsted weight cotton yarn and a size H (5.0mm) crochet hook. I used about 65y of yarn for one square. Each square measures approximately 8" by 8". "
