Crochet HookK/10.5 or 6.5 mm hook

Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Crochet GaugeAs per pattern below, 11 rows are about 4.7 ” tall and 4 reindeer heads or 4 granny stitch clusters measure about 4″ wide. Also, rows 2 – 10, inclusive (from beard to pom pom), measure about 4″ tall.

Finished SizeThe scarf measures approx 73 X 4.7 ” / 185 X 11.9 cm.

  • Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice (4 / Medium / Aran weight, 100 g / 3.5 oz, 156 m / 170 yd, 100% acrylic). 1 skein each of White, Scarlet, Colonial Blue, Chocolate and Black. (You’ll need only about 74, 48, 37, 20 and 6 grams of each color, respectively)
  • Size 7 mm hook
