Cheerful Acorn

"I was inspired by the bright, warm hues of Scandinavian crochet to create a bunch of little colorful acorns. These Cheerful little acorns work up in only a few minutes. I chose colors that don't go along with the typical fall color scheme but I really enjoy how the bright colors look! You can use any yarn scraps that you have laying around to create your own color combinations. I made a bunch and strung them onto a piece of baker's twine to decorate a doorway! I think these would look great as vase fillers or even as Christmas ornaments."

The embedded link above returns you to this exact page instead of picotpals.com. I was able to manually enter the address and found the designers page. Note to self take some time to explore this page!!! Scroll down for the Acorn pattern link. I also went back and clicked on the excellent Invisible Decrease Tutorial. Wow, I really needed that page. Another favorite designer!
