The Dublin Cowl

"This is a beautiful crochet cowl/infinity scarf PATTERN using the Celtic Weave (or also called the Diagonal Weave) crochet stitch. It is so warm and cozy, and super stylish:) There is so much texture, and is perfect for those blustery fall and winter months! Of course, it is a fun pattern to make during those summer months so you can prepare for that cold weather! This is an intermediate level crochet pattern, BUT if you are a beginner there is a detailed photo tutorial referenced to help you understand the stitches and techniques needed for the pattern. Requires about 2 skeins of worsted weight yarn (or 1 skein of A Touch of Alpaca Bonus Bundle from Lionbrand Yarn) and a 4.5 mm hook."

I am in love with this Dublin Cowl! I think this will work out great after reading the written pattern and watching the videos for the different stitches. She make it sound so easy I can't wait to go to the yarn store and buy me some of the Touch of Alpaca by Lionbrand Yarn. The Celtic Weave is a beautiful stitch pattern. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet cowl pattern.

I love the way the plain crochet work complements the Celtic weave sections of this interesting cowl. I really like this oatmeal color because its light enough to show off the details of the stitches. Its a great color for a unisex scarf, too, since it would go with just about any kind of casual clothing. Great over a sweater, or under a coat.

How pretty and elegant--love the color!

Well, congratulations to her for getting over her fears an publishing this pattern for sale on Etsy, and having her Dublin Cowl be her number one best selling pattern! It does take a lot to get to that point in your career, to just dive in and see what happens. I used to run an Etsy shop myself! This cowl is extremely impressive and looks VERY expensive!
