Carry one of these Gratitude Stones with you in your pocket and each time you reach in, you'll be reminded to be grateful for what you have been blessed with. Made with embroidery floss, this free crochet pattern is great for someone going through a hard time. Make a set for your family, or give a set to a friend in need. In addition to embroidery floss, you also need some poly-pellets to stuff the inside, as well. This is a surprisingly simple crochet pattern to work up for the special people in your life (including yourself!)

This is so clever ! I'm a children's leader at my church and the kids went wild when I showed them these they absolutely loved it ! I got each child to pick the yarn colour they wanted their stones to be. Then I went to the dollar store and picked up some small stones, I completed half of the stone and brought them for the children to add stones to it themselves just to make it more personal for them and Finished them at home. I made one for myself and it took me about 30mins to a complete one so it's a fast project that has so much potential !

Love the idea for this stone I made I did one in about an hour. I am not used to crochet that is small. I filled mine with glass beads. I will carry mine now a lot I have to remind myself to be grateful and I am everyday! I uploaded my first one will put more up as I make them.

Thank you for sharing this pattern.i also call them worry stones. I can hold one and run it around my palm and think of happy things. I can't bite my nails while I am doing that and if I drop one it won't shatter, there are no sharp edges to cut me, and I can get it in my favorite colors.

I just love the idea of these wonderful little triangles of positive power, what a simply beautiful gift or keepsake. So easy and yet really strong, you are so so clever to think of these and share then with us, thankyou

Thank you for this pattern! I've been looking for something that I can make a lot of to give away, easy to carry and won't get hurt if washed. This is perfect!

what a cute idea! i love it!
