This is a nice scarf pattern. It's super easy and can be made in so many colors, not just sports related. Love it!

I like the idea of the team colors, the school colors, the guy friendly design. I appreciate the fact that it is a self-striping yarn! These yarns are fun- and not JUST for guys, either. Any sporty girl can wear the heck out of this, too. The scarf design could not be any easier.

seems to me a lot of this pattern has been left out. Nowhere does it tell when to change colors, if you carry colors or drop. Will not try pattern.

The yarn that Red Heart used and suggests you use is a self-striped yarn, so there's no need to change colors yourself, it'll happen naturally as you work up the scarf. )
