Pussy Cat Hat Pattern 4 in Yarn Weights
Pussy Cat Hat Pattern 4 in Yarn Weights

"This pattern was created to make hats for friends attending the Women’s March on Washington as part of the Pussy Hat Project. The pattern is written in US terminology and designed for using 4 different weights of yarn, so it is the perfect for any yarn in your stash. Patterns are for an adult size hat (19″ in circumference and 7.5″ in length) The hats can easily be made smaller or larger by adjusting the number of rows or rounds."

These are different. I think I may have to tweak mine a bit. These don't look like cats to me. I want to make the ears a lot longer and make it more of a rabbit. It needs eyes too. That will dress it up a lot. Thanks for the inspiration.

This is absolutely disgusting.

I was actually planning to make some of Pussy Cat Hats, but hadnt decided exactly which pattern to use. These are all modeled on the original hat style (basic rectangle bag). I never thought of using a chunky yarn but am seriously considering it now. There are no photos other than the completed hats, but the pattern is so simple it really doesnt need any.
