These are so nice. I'd like to make a set for my granddaughter and I. I have made mittens in the past with crochet patterns so I'm comfortable trying this pattern. It's important to go slowly and pay attention to the stitch count. The design is pretty. I love that there is a video.

These Moms and me matching mittens are just too cute for words. These mittens look like they would be fun to make and then fun to wear when they were finished. There is a video tutorial provided to help explain the confusing snowfall technique used in the pattern.

I hoped there was a matching pattern for a hat, too! If not, it sure wouldnt be that difficult to come up with one. Luckily I didnt need to because the designer has provided one at the bottom of the page. There arent any step by step photos but the designer does provide an extensive explanation of how the Snowfall stitches are created. And I like the navy/gray combination best, too.

For me, this is the best looking mitten pattern I have come across, for my needs anyway! That navy blue with the gray is to die for. I see there is a beanie with pompon that matches it. The little v stitch/fake knit stitch looks just like itty bitty snowflakes. Is the ribbed cuff of double thickness and then sewn to the base of the mitten? I have not done that technique before.

Wow I love the look of these Snow Crochet Mittens! After reading the written patterns and all the comments I think this will work out great! I noticed this was a Crochet A Long last year so all the bugs have been fixed. I will be making these for myself and grandkids. So sweet to see the snowflake and now I know how to do it.. I also notice that the child size gloves are the same for both hands, as the adult size has a right and a left hand pattern. I so need to print this one out. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I've always had trouble getting mittens sized properly, but this looks like a good plan to try, not too many difficult stitches and no circular needles needed.

Cute! I may have to make these for holiday presents!
