These mittens really do look like they were knit? Hey, what's up with crafters feeling like they have to conceal that a mitten or hat is crocheted by faking it to look like it was knit? Is crocheting not good enough? HUMPH! I kid. It is NEAT how a person who cannot knit can fake it anyway. Like me! I appreciate pattern like this one. Look at that hidden third loop on the half double crochets!
