Autumn Leaves Mittens

"These mittens are cute, hip, and stylish. The stitch pattern allows for lots of color combinations. They are easy to make once you get the hang of it. These are really great for Fall and the stitch pattern mimics the pattern of falling leaves."

It has been a while since I have opted to purchase mittens for myself. With all of the tech gadgets used during the winter months these would not be practical to use when using those gadgets. However, the mittens would be for warmth and what could be more important than being warm on a cold day. I can check my gadget when I get in a warm place.

Maybe as a child I wore mittens but honestly I have not had a pair of mittens in quite some time. These Autumn leaves mittens are beautiful of nothing else to look at. I would have used a combination of browns and yellows for Autumn. The colors used here remind me more of winter. Either way, these are beautiful and would be well worth the effort.

Just looking at these Autumn Leaves Mittens I think wow those will be hard to make. After reading the written pattern and the fact that I have been crocheting for over 30 years, I'm fairly sure these will be not so hard to make. These will go nicely with my cowl and shawl in the fall leaves pattern. Now I just need to find and buy the yarn she uses. There is a link on her page to buy the yarn so I just need to do it. LOL I'm looking forward to trying this one out. Thank you so much for sharing this Autumn Leaves Mittens pattern.
