These Taming the Butterfly Fingerless Gloves won't keep you warm, but they are super stylish! Make them in a fun color to stand out, or crochet these gloves in a basic black or white to match everything. You will love how quick and easy it is to create this pattern, which can be worn even into spring in many parts of the U.S. The lightweight fingerless gloves can also hide a wrist tattoo and can also be worn in place of a bracelet. These crochet fingerless gloves would also make the perfect gift idea for the fashionistas in your life.

Am I missing something because your site is constantly listing fingerless GLOVES yet, all I'm finding are patterns for topless mittens! PLEASE someone understand the definition between gloves mittens! It's a shame that as a crochet site, your editors so clearly do NOT understand how to define one from the other. Regardless how beautiful the pattern may be, it's misleading to those looking for an actual "FINGERLESS GLOVES" pattern.

You can either tighten your tension or use a smaller needle.

I made them and they feel alittle bit big. I have a normal sized hand and would like to put these gloves up for sale in my shop. ( with credit for pattern for you ) Is there a way to shrink the yarn to make them smaller when they are finished being made?

Love the gloves..beautiful!

Would you mind posting your alterations?

I agree I made several pairs of these mitts and just love the look. But have to know how to crochet, because you need to alter the pattern.

I was sent to the blog of the designer. I then copied the pattern and a couple of pictures onto a word document. From there I can save or print. Hope that helps! I too love the butterfly wristers and look forward to making them! Thanks for sharing!

Hi, I really like this Taming the Butterfly Fingerless Gloves and gotta do it one day soon, I need it to keep my hand warms up while crocheting in winter time.

hi my name is Dawn. i have tried downloading and printing the patt but only the photos print out i would luv to be able to make these beautiful butterfly mitts can u please help me my e-mail address is

This is a very nice project. However, I did have to alter the pattern a lot. I followed the pattern exactly the first time and the glove did not look anything like the photo. After altering some things a couple times I finally got it to look much better. Other than that these are very beautiful, decorative, easy to make fingerless gloves.

I can't download the butterfly glove pattern!!!!!!

how do i print this pattern please

I can not download the pattern, I need some help

Hi I already sent a email to you .Having problems in printing your instructions for this beautiful pattern; please help. Irma
