Crochet Jumper Pattern

Notes:
1. Jumper is made in 3 pieces: Front collar, back collar, and skirt.
2. The front collar is worked back and forth in rows. Increases are worked in two locations to form corners. Stitches before the first corner and following the 2nd
corner form the straps. Stitches between the corners form the upper front of the Jumper. The back collar is worked the same as the front collar, except with longer straps.
3. The skirt is worked in joined rounds, beginning by working across the lower edges (between corners) of the front and back collar.

Why is there 13 stiches for the front strap and 23 for the back strap

Crocheting articles of clothes is always daunting to me in the start. This is explained in the post that the jumper is made in three separate pieces. It can not be any easier than that. There are a lot of rows to crochet, but doable. Thanks for the free pattern.

Now if this little darling does not remind you of Cindy, Jan or Marsha then I have no idea where you grew up, lol. I love this adorable joyful and jubilant jumper from the top to the bottom.

This jumper is so adorable. Not only could your little girl wear this jumper in the winter with a top underneath and colorful tights, but also during the summer months with short socks and sneakers.

So wonderful to have the video tutorial that takes you step by step throughout the entire project and explains it in simple terms. I have not had the privilege to work with Baby Hugs yarn yet, but I will definitely be using it in the near future. This is such a cute jumper.

This is awesome! I love that Marly has a video to go along with the pattern. I am pleased that she explains the quality of the yarn that I should get for this to make it for my granddaughter who will wear a size 2. I can pick colors that I like too. I'm excited about this. It's a cute jumper. I don't sew and this allows me to make things for baby girl. This is a "pinner".

A bit confused on the sizes. It says, "This crochet toddler dress is written for sizes two through size years". Two through what size years? I see the different stitch counts in parentheses, but don't understand what sizes they are for. Can anyone help with this please? Just love this little jumper!

Hi sandysise, Thanks for pointing out this error! We've updated it - this is for ages 2, 4 and 6. :) Thank you! Julia, editor for AllFreeCrochet

I can't wait to make this beautiful Jubilant Jumper for my Grand daughter. The pattern is very well written and I like the color choices. I do have a question, if I use a larger hooks size do you think it would be big enough for a 10 year old? I hope so, I'm giving it a try.. Thank you for the free pattern.

This such a cute jumper. I have 3 nieces that I am going to make them for.
