I have no idea of the previous commentator went to the wrong page by accident or the page was fixed. But when I clicked on the instructions it took me straight to this pattern. It's very easy to follow her pattern and it's very basic so just grab your yarn stash and go for it!

Well this is interesting. It seems that the poster has redesigned her blog page, and the link above goes there instead of the instructions for the flower. Shes a very talented watercolorist. Up at the top of the new page is a tab for Crochet Patterns, but again, I didnt see this particular project. I did find a few others that looked interesting, so I bookmarked them so I could come back later.

The people I work with in my office are beginning to call me the flower lady. I have made so many different crochet flowers and used them in multiple applications, it is like they expect to see me with a flower all of the time now. I have them on my shoes, purse, on my desk and sometimes in my hair. How can you not love flowers though? They are natures eye candy.

I saved a pdf of this pattern for future use. I love the orange and pink color combination. These flowers are so cute and are simple enough for even a beginner to make. I can already think of a lot of projects that I can use these flowers on as a cute embellishment.

During my aquisition of all things crocheted flowers, I made quite a few of these Nine Petal Crochet Flowers. That was during my thread instead of yarn days. Seeing this reminded me of that large bag of flowers I have somewhere that I must find and put to good use.

I am always collecting patterns for flowers. I use them as embellishments on my hand made purses, baby hats, house hold items and put them on wire stems. So when I saw this and it said nine petal and easy I laughed. Sure it is. And then I read through the pattern and said it sure is!! Thank you so much.
