Materials List

  • (2) black flat 5/8″ buttons -OR- you may crochet the eyes if safety is a concern for a young child for which you will need small amounts of black and white yarn
  • Sewing thread and needle for buttons
  • White nail polish to paint the kawaii dots on the button eyes and toothpick to do so (optional)
  • Stitch marker, tapestry needle, scissors, tape measure

Can I say that this project is just stellar? At 10 inches across, this project is a bit larger than the photo would indicate, and as the original pattern calls for an H sized hook, you cant really drop down to a smaller size. The designer includes several photos mainly detailing the assembly portion but could use a few more. And I love the shooting strands!
