I dont know the character but it looks an awful lot like a Chihuahua to me. The designer states that shes not very good with faces. I can feel her pain. Eyes are the big bugaboo for me. The designer offers a few different views of this toy, and it would be very easy to attach a little snout on the face. I will need to check the original for the actual facial details.
