This simple little amigurumi would make a wonderful baby toy. The designer takes the crafter step by step, beginning with working up each separate piece and then doing the assembly. I was a little confused by the two small black circles. Although she doesnt explicitly say so, it looks like the circles are actually BEHIND the white circles so a bit of the black shows through.

SC3,SC2 is to SC in next 3 SCS, then 2SC in next SC. I hope I'm not too late with this.

I do not understand the 3rd. row saying SC3 SC2 in next chain space---does that mean 5 SC in one chain space???
