This is another way to get some crochet cable practice in with out trying it on a big project. Headbands and warmers are really quick to work up and they use small amounts of yarn, so they make great projects to learn new stitches. I will definitely give this project a try.

This post was primarily designed as a tutorial about crocheting cables, and the result is the headband itself. I have made several projects by this designer, and her videos are always top notch! Even if you dont want to make this project itself, its well worth your time to watch the video if you feel intimidated by the idea of working cables.

This headband is great because it will go with absolutely any outfit. It might look simple, but that's what makes it a great everyday item to have. Plus, it looks really warm!
