Daisy Woodland Crown

Daisy Woodland Crown

Spring is finally here with this Daisy Woodland Crown. The new style these days is to use headbands over your hair rather than to keep your hair back, which makes this crochet headband pattern super fun and trendy. In fact, it's a perfect headband pattern to work up for spring, summer, or fall, by changing the applique or using different colors for the band. You can't go wrong with cute hair accessories, especially when they make you feel like nature's princess all season long.

That's different. I like the design of the headband chain wrapping around the head twice. Headbands are still really trendy and popular and I don't see the trend going away anytime soon. Usually the headbands are fitted with springtime or summertime flowers but here is one that is more of a late summer into fall look. It is a simple design, too.

Some of my youngest grandchildren visited last summer, and when they spotted all the fireflies coming out at dusk, were completely convinced Grandma has FAIRIES at her house! So this daisy crown will be just the thing to have on hand when they visit again this summer. Ill probably add more flowers in different colors, and maybe a small butterfly or two as well.
