Beaded Clutch Purse

This beaded clutch is great as it has a circular beaded pattern. This clutch is great for a child or an adult ready for a night out.

Don't get me wrong, but I really do not know when a child would need a beaded clutch as stated in the directions. Heck, most young girls I know do not even carry a purse.

This is a cute beaded clutch purse. The addition of the beads really different. I would probably go with a single color of beads and probably a different color yarn to make it an "evening" clutch. With only 22 chains across it is really small purse to. No dimensions are mentioned in the directions.

Be advised that this project uses a LOT of beads. In fact it uses 95 according to the designer. Im not seeing any suggestion for the SIZE of the bead (only that it is wooden), but going by the photo, Im thinking a pony bead would be about the right size. I do like the designers alternate suggestion for using metallic yarn and pearls for a more sophisticated evening look.

This beaded clutch purse is quite elegant particularly if a yarn with metallic threads is used and pearl or jewel like beads are incorporated. The crochet pattern is easy enough to follow, just hunt for the free pattern instructions among the ads. I love crochet that uses beads among the stitches as they give a very dimensional look.

This is so adorable, and based on the instructions, looks easy to make. Most definitely on my To-Do's List.

Does anyone answer questions here? I would like to know what size beads are used. They look to be either 6 or 8mm. If I knew who designed this, I'd ask them directly. Help, anyone....

This is really cute. Does anyone know what size beads are used? The pattern doesn't say.

@ chabias: Copy and paste it into a Word file, and then you should be able to print it. I would like to try it also except that I think it would look a lot better with coordinated beads.

I'd love to make this, but a huge ad covers most of the instructions when I try to print it.

Hi, chabias. If you are having trouble printing from the site directly, I would recommend copying and pasting the pattern into a Word document, as LRN suggested above. Another option is to highlight the text you wish to print, and then click "Selection" instead of "All" under Print Range. Hope this helps! --Editors of AllFreeCrochet
