Adorable. This is certainly one of those baby items that can be gifted for either a boy or a girl. So if you are expecting a winter baby and a shower is in your future, this may be am appropriate gift to add to a basket.

In this part of the South where I live we will see ice before we see snow. Last year it did surprise us and twice we got some nice snow before it turned to ice. Seeing this cute little snowman baby bib made me think about all that snow from last year. I think I would rather see it in this form this year.

If you want to see what this bib looks like before you decide whether you want to make it, you can find a picture and the pattern here http//www.hgtv.com/design/make-and-celebrate/handm == ade/how-to-make-a-snowman-baby-bib . There are lots of other patterns on this blog also, so plan on spending a little bit of time looking around while you are there.

This is the cutest thing. I have twin one year old grand sons that will look so sweet in these. I want to make one change. I don't like bibs tha tie so I am going to add a narrow piece of crochet across the back and have it secure with Velcro.

I really like how this pattern can be made for either a boy or girl. I like that the features are all crocheted rather than being buttons or glued on. Bibs get a lot of use, which means a lot of washing. So they need to be tough. It would also be easy to add other touches like ribbons to personalize for either a boy or girl.

Lovely pattern but home depot ad prints right over directions on page 2 even though I clicked on do not print images
