These are so fast to make up, and they make great stash busters. They are handy for so many things, not just as facial pads. Working in the third loops (behind stitches) gives it enough texture to scrub with. It is a great project for a craft group or crochet class for beginners.

Anybody - WHAT is a 'Magic Circle'??

I am looking for projects to use up odds and ends of wool left over from other projects. I am excited to try several of these ones.

I couldn't download the pattern either. But I copied it by hi-lighting the text from the bottom up then copied and pasted. Worked for me.

Can't get the pattern to print. Keeps telling me to download a PDF reader and I already have one. I was dumb enough to download the one on her page and it screwed up my computer and still couldn't print it.

I was unable to scroll on the link for the pattern so I could not even see the pattern...

I just discovered that I can print out the pattern using the Print function on my web browser menu. However, it means that ALL the ads are printed on the page too.

First, as has been written below, the instructions cannot be printed correctly and I wasted paper and ink. Secondly, the instructions, to me, do not make sense, to go into the 3rd loop, ok, but then it tells you to ch1, hdc, into next st. Is that the 3rd loop? Sorry, but I really wanted to make these. They would be useful for many things.

I agree with ckeskeny and nanaanna2. You can't copy and paste it. It's a very simple pattern so why be so protective of it's content?

I can not copy it at all, it even states on the pattern "may not be copied" that is fine so I tried to print it. Can't do that either. I will not be sitting at my computer following the directions. Even though I think these are great, I won't be making them only because I can't get to the pattern. Thanks anyway!

disappointment. clicking of crochet pattern took me to designer's website -- no problem. But the designer did not allow person to printout pattern. This makes it difficult to use her free patterns since I can't sit at computer to follow pattern and make the project.

Copy & paste it into notepad or wordpad. U can even copy and paste the image...then print! :)
