My grandmother was born in Scotland and reared her family in New England, so waste not was thoroughly ingrained in my mom. I save all my shortest trimmings for bird nests, and the rest is sorted by length because I always need a little for embroidery. This easily downloadable eBook was so much fun to browse through. I even found a few projects to start on right away.

This posting contains a link to get the ebook that contains all 12 patterns to help you use up your stash. When you click the link it opens a folder on your computer for you to download and save the ebook. Note that it does not go to a bloggers page or website to show the patterns. It is by direct download only so dont freak when the save window opens and think you got a virus on your computer.

Where can I go to find out all the Crochet lingo?? Like Join yarn with a Sl St in the 11 th SC ?? What does Sl St mean?? Thanks vicki

Unless they have changed the lingo, lol, SL St is slip stitch. u just insert hook in 11th stitch & pull back through. Have a blessed day.

When I try to download this ebook I get 'download unsuccessful'

This is very nice and useful for us

I inherited seven lawn and leaf bags of yarn from my dear departed Mother (plus one of her UFO's - unfinished objects). This will be handy!

easy to download for a novice looking forward to making my first project.

File downloaded correctly. If it doesn't work the first time you may want to try to redownload it or try a different browser.

I was unable to open this download. Adobe said the file was corrupted.
