Looking for this pattern. Bad link. Please update!

Hi headfeathermistres s, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We have reached out to the designer of this pattern and hope to have it available again soon. In the meantime, however, we've updated this page with a link to an archived version of this page, where the full pattern is visible. Very pretty. If you are the type of crocheter that likes to have pictures and videos along with written instructions you will love this one. It makes thus a snap to create. This would look gorgeous over a black top and skirt or slacks. Very classy and upscale easy project.

Wow this Crimson Lace Crochet Top is beautiful! After reading the written pattern and seeing the pictures this one is a must make. I love the pineapples in the center and just hope mine comes out as nice looking. Thank you for sharing this crochet top pattern.

How feminine and delicate the pineapple motif in the center creates... a great focal point. after reading the pattern detail, it is deceptively easy to make. It should work up fast due to the open work design. I would just need those pics to guide me in properly joining the panels together. Mine always look mismatched and a little messy .

Interesting idea to place the pineapple motif in a quad pattern so that it looks like a butterfly! Very creative design! I'm not of a red person but I would like this in a white with a bold butterfly color like orange, purple or blue underneath it. The stitches seem to be basic enough for a beginner and it should make up quickly. The cotton thread will be perfect for our sultry southern temperatures!

Personally, I don't like the red yarn used in this Crimson Lace Crochet Top but if ever I decide to make this top, I'm gonna use deep blue, purple, moss green, or white. It 's very simple. The airiness and the simplicity of the lines make it a perfect top for a pair of shorts during the warm summer months.

This crimson lace top is simply delicious. I think the design is very detailed and I can only hope that my project will turn out as lovely as this one did. I have twin girls and I think they will look lovely in this next spring.

I have seen and admired tons of similar patterns everywhere lately. Vests that start with a motif in the back have been very popular this summer, but most have been paid patterns, so it is nice to see a free one .I like that it uses the bamboo thread, also, since bamboo is one of my favorite types of yarn to work with, since it usually has a lovely sheen.

Wow! This is stunning. My Mother created a lot of items with thread that used the pineapple motif. I have never attempted a project using the pineapple and unfortunately, this one wont be where I begin, but after seeing this project I am eager to learn the pineapple motif.

Very nice! Mesh tops are always so quick to work up. I have some really nice variegated Perle threads that would be wonderful for this pattern. It calls for #3. Mine are #8. How many strands together would you suggest I use if I decide to try this pattern with what I have?

Red and pineapple lace. Double win with this top. This would make a great beach cover up or beach day top. So glad to see the designer updated the pattern to include directions for both shoulders as I dont think I am experienced enough and dont have enough confidence at guessing how to finish.

WOW! This Crimson Lace Crochet Top is beautiful and I know just the person to crochet this for. My sister in law has been more than a blessing to our family. She has really melted in and has become a great shoulder to lean on. Crocheting this lace top in that color will make her the envy of all her sorority sisters.

Lace crochet top in crimson is fabulous! I plan to crochet one for each of my six granddaughters, all of which are teens and up.

I was immediately drawn to the pattern on this top. Im not fond of the color, but thats a simple fix. I love that this top is rated as easy as Ive had nothing but failures with attempting to crochet tops. I also like that this is short (not a tunic style). Looking at the finished sizes, I may need to make this quite a bit smaller, but it seems like it would be a somewhat loose top (rather than a fitting one). I will likely follow the pattern for the Small size and see how it turns out. I got a little nervous when I saw that someone was having trouble with the pattern and I hope I dont run into any problems when I attempt to make this.

This is NOT a FREE pattern unfortanetely

Hi there - if you click on the link that says "Click here for crochet pattern," you'll be taken to the pattern on the designer's page. There you can download a PDF of the free pattern, or you can just scroll down a little to where the text of the pattern is typed out. I hope that helps! Julia, editor of AllFreeCrochet

Wow. Cannot wait to try this! Especially with summer coming up! The design inside would look so cool if it was done in peacock colors with maybe a teal for the rest of the shirt? That with a simple black/neutral cami underneath would look so chic at a poolside brunch on the weekends. And I totally agree with Sleepy Jules, this looks super easy. It's totally going to the top of my stack of GOTTA DO patterns lol

I never used to like these kinds of tops, but now that I crochet more, I really REALLY want to try and make one. And this one looks super easy, too! )
