How to Store Balls of Yarn

Just want to pass a tip for storing the balls of yarn, that can get tangled into eachother. I use my old panty hose that have runs in them, or are not the right size or color, I'm sure you girls have some in your drawers. I used the bottom first, the toe will be the first bag, cut to measure enough to get four cuts on each leg. The other three cuts will need a knot tied at the one end, this will be your three bags with knots, and then the fourth is the one with the toe.

Now, grab a ball of messed up yarn, fix it up a little neat and mash it into one of the little panty hose bags you made, and Wa....la! You have just made your yarn balls stay nicely organized & neat. You can use your stockings, or knee high's as well. Gentlemen, ask your mom for some of hers, or buy them cheap for under a dollar at Wal-greens. Enjoy my tip.
