This is such a beautiful and colorful throw. But WOW, 108 squares to sew together after having crocheted all of them. That is the part of crocheting granny squares that I like the least. It is very slow and time consuming. I do love this throw though. The colors are awesome and it would be a very pretty addition snazzy up the back of my sofa.

Wow! I need to make over a hundred tiny little squares. I like making squares. It's the sewing together of the squares that is time consuming. In my experience it is best to work on your dining room table for this. Once you get one row complete, top to bottom, you can start adding your pieces across the width.

As the comments on FaveCrafts attest, there is a mistake in the pattern. In Round 4, the pattern neglects to mention skipping a sc for the second ch-3. It SHOULD read: "..[ch 3, skip next sc, Popcorn in next sc, ch 3, SKIP NEXT SC, sc in next sc] 7 times, ..." This will yield 8 popcorns as the pattern states. I whipped out yarn and hook to verify! As I'm not a member at FaveCrafts I can't post my comment there, but perhaps our editors could contact FaveCrafts and let them know so they can post the correction on their site's comments? Would be a shame for all the folks at FaveCrafts to miss out on a beautiful afghan pattern.
