This shawl lives up to its name, Whisper Wrap. So light and feminine this will easily become one of those articles that you grab on almost any occasion. Working with lace weight yarn will take a little time to get it done but I am sure you will love the finished results.

What a beautiful wrap. This to me is what I call a classic piece. The designer took the time to include pictures and even an optional beaded edging. This project will require a lot of concentration but it will be well worth the effort.

Ah ha, the Solomon's knot. Perhaps it is time for me to take that leap and learn this stitch! If not, I many not ever be able to make this beautiful wrap for myself! I can imagine wearing this over a sleeveless tunic at the pool to cover skin when that cool breeze blows. This is equally as lovely worn tied around the waist like a loose belt. The extreme open weave design allows for maximum "scrunch-a-bility" without the added bulk.

Oh my gosh, this is the perfect pattern to make with the yarn I won from a Conversation Leaders contest a few months back. I won two skeins of Mrs. Crosby Love to Play fingerling yarn, and wanted the best pattern to use it. I think this is it. I am so going to make this one and pray it turns out as pictured. I love the well written pattern that is well written and easy to follow. Fingers crossed! Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
