I wish I had found this pattern last year. My son is an avid hunter and had asked if I could make him a wool balaclava to wear with his camo suit. I looked all over and couldnt find anything suitable. The issue is being able to pull the opening up or down as needed. This pattern will work perfectly. The only thing Ill change is to lengthen the front and back (leaving the shoulders free) so he can tuck it into his suit.
