Warm Up Quick Infinity Scarf

"This infinity scarf works up so quickly and because of the bulky yarn it is also soft and warm. It makes a great last minute gift and because of the simple stitches it's a good gender neutral pattern. Also, because it works up so quickly, it's easy to make it in every color and expand your accessory wardrobe!"

At just 8" across but very long, made of bulky weight yarn, this will work up rather quickly- for a great weekend project when you're stuck indoors. If you cannot get your hands on this bulky soft yarn, doubling up on your strands worsted weight yarn will work just fine. Sometimes that is a fun way to do it because you can really pick your own colors!

If you use the recommended Bulky yarn (or two regular worsteds held together) and the J hook, you could easily whip this up in an afternoon. This would be a great project to work on while waiting for your kids in the carpool line, too. It uses a simple repetitive stitch of only Single and Double Crochet, so nothing tricky to worry about. Each row is worked by the width, so you can make the scarf as long as you need.
