I love the colors of this autumn forest scarf. I'm not always keen on the button though. I like my scarf or cowl free flowing and not bound by any buttons.

I made a supersized twisted cowl with my Shawl In A Ball yarn. The colorway I chose was a rainbow kaliedescope similar to this one. I find the color combination suitable and so flattering for anyone and everyone! This cowl is made to lay flat and gives lots of coverage including the chest area. It is perfect to throw on over your favorite tunic when the weather is still decent outside/before you really need a coat! I love this!

I am so happy that you shared this pattern because I could never seem to find it on Olivia's site and I really loved it when I saw it on Pinterest. I love all of the patterns this lady creates and I have bought a bunch of her paid patterns. The Bonita yarn she uses for this scarf goes perfectly with the star stitch pattern and the style of the scarf.

What gorgeous yarn! And the scarf isnt bad either. I downloaded Olivias patternthe only way its availablebut was more than delighted to go to the Bonita website. Once I pulled myself away from the yarns, I looked at some of the available patterns. The embossed crochet! The Gold Fish Baby Booties!!!! Squeeeee!!!!! I hope Olivias getting a portion of their sales because I know Im going to be shopping there.
