What this lady like the most about the look of this striped traditional scarf, is the small and narrow striping effect from switching colors every row. We don't normally do that when we do striping. It's scrappy but fun and flirty to boot! Awesome with a pair of leather riding boots and a latte. by the way, all single crochets!

What an interesting scrapbuster this is! If you wanted to, you could start your next color change about 6 inches into your new yarn and you would have an automatic fringed edge! I like how you change color at the end of each Single Crochet row. You could limit the number of colors if you were working it for team colors, etc., but I really like the rag rug effect of the original design.

Lovely colors and a really pretty scarf that I will definitely be wearing in this coming fall here in South Africa. It is rated Easy too which is great because it will be simple to crochet in the evenings with my brain tired after a long day of work. The 6,5mm size hook also means it will make up quite quickly which is always good, no?

This is stunning! This looks super comfy and cozy, and PERFECT for an outdoor football game. )

While this scarf pattern is actually quite simple, (perfect for beginners!) it actually leaves a huge impact! You get a quite beautiful scarf while actually spending very little time and effort on it. It's the perfect scarf to use up some yarn from your collection of scraps, which we all seem to have! They make great gifts, so whip up a few to have on hand!
