I enjoyed making this and the photos with the instructions were very helpful. I think I'll be making this one more than once.

Pattern wont load

I was a fairly easy pattern to follow but I did have to reread the directions & redo a few rows/stitches to get started. Once I got that figured out it was easy & quick. I plan to try making another one with a wider scarf section.

Not difficult to do, but I did have to concentrate on the directions & redo a few rows when I first started it. Made more sense as I went along. It turned out quite nice and I'm starting another one, hoping to make a bit wider scarf section.

Like other comments, I find the directions very confusing, even with the pictures. I don't know who the "easy" is for, perhaps someone with a lot of experience? I love the look, but.....

I really like this, I have printed the pattern off as I am a beginner and thought that being easy I would be ok to try it but don't understand how it is started. Please help!!!

i keep trying to get the pattern.... doesnt take you anywhere.... help i like it and need the pattern...thanks laureen

I loce the hooded scarf but i can not find the pattern to it. I just get a blank page. Can this be fixed?

the link is above - and here: http://crochetdreamz.blogspot.com/2011/10/aesthetic-hooded-scarf-free-crochet.html hope that helps!

I really like it! I am going to make this.

I'm a beginner & I'm finding the directions & pictures confusing ....

I really like it. I'm going to make one for my daughter and one for my niece. They'll love it.

This is a great pattern... I made one from some beautiful variegated yarn that is primarily shades of lavendar with bits of pale blue, creamy yellow, and soft greens... Like a lovely garden. Because the yarn created stripes, I decided to turn the hood so my stripes were vertical, and I didn't do the trim. I love it because I prefer hoods because they don't squash my hair like hats do. Thanks!

It looks like a scarf I would love to make in a Claret.

I made this scarf for my daughter and she loves it. She wears it all the time. I am also going to make one for her friend for a gift. It's a pretty easy pattern.

I would make this scarf in the pale blue color I see in the balls of yarn in this comment section.

white

I would make this scarf in some color of green. Thats my favorite color. Maybe a light jade or sea mist

I have made many of the hooded scarfs as gifts and everyone loved them. I have had many requests from friends to make more. I have them in Gold, blue, Lavender, Denim Blue and am working on a Black and White. So very easy to make, Thanks for the pattren!

This is a beautiful scarf and I would do it in golden maize. thanks.

This is an awesome Pattern. So easy to change small details to create variations. Easy to read. I've made so many for gifts! Thanks

White

Pink

This is on my to do list. I would make it in a neutral color or my favorite purple. Depends on who I am making it for.

I would make this hooded scarf because it would cover my head, ears and neck better than the basket weave scarf. I would make it in Red Heart Soft White to go with everything.

I made the hooded scarf for my granddaughter who is 16 in white, she loved it!

This is an awesome pattern!!! I want to make it for myself. I have not decided on a color yet, but I know it will be Vanna yarn.

This is definitely my favorite!

i LOVE THIS PATTERN AND THE COLOR AND i WOULD MAKE IT IN MY 17 FAVORITE COLORS!! THIS IS ONE PATTERN I WOULD MAKE IN A MORE EXPENSIVE YARN...LIKE ALPACA OR A BAMBOO BLEND...JUST BEAUTIFUL AND JUST FOR ME! WHICH MEANS i AM SURE I WILL NOT HAVE IT DONE UNTIL NEXT WINTER!!

REALLY pretty. I can't wait to make this. I would make it in Hobby Lobby's I LOVE THIS YARN! ivory sparkle (which is a cream with gold metallic strip).

I love it. I would do it in white. with a bit of silver thread worked in.

I love this pattern and would make it for myself. I have some left over Vanna's Choice in Seaspray Mist, a beautiful pastel green. The yarn is very soft and warm. So, when I get the time... Just for me! Thanks for the pattern, Birdie

I haven't made this yet, but I do find myself coming back and looking at it trying to decide what color yarn I want to make it in. Nice pattern. jcg1224

I would make this in purple mist #303 Vanna's Choice or in a blue similar to purple mist.

I like this pattern, but I would change the color to either red or purple. I would use whatever color the person whom I'm crocheting for likes. I like that it was done in yellow so that you can see the details.

I love the look of it from the front, but, what does the back look like?

my granddaughter saw the picture and asked for one for Christmas. She loves it. Now if it only gets cold enough here in south Texas for her to enjoy it.

I made the Aesthetic Hooded Scarf for my mother for Christmas. It came out beautiful and she loved it. It was such a hit my sister-in-law wanted one too! Thanks for the pattern. Marla C., Yucaipa, California

Ok, now I'm feeling a little bad. I had no trouble downloading the pattern, and I don't even want to make it as shown. I wanted the pattern for yarn type and hook size. I plan to make it in the tunisian stitch, but with the same type of edging on the hood as shown. I didn't do anything special. I just clicked on the download link and saved it to my desk top.

There is a link within the first download that opens a pdf file. Are you still having problems?

I cannot get this pattern.it keeps saying that internet explorer cannot show it

This pattern does not download and despite the fact that I have contacted to author, I have had NO feed back from her. I even turned off my firewall and protections but the pattern still won't download. Anyone have any suggestions.
