Heart-Shaped Crochet Pillow

This Heart-Shaped Crochet Pillow will have you falling in love before you can even get started on this crochet pillow pattern. The hexagon pieces come in all different designs, each with a slightly different variation of the central floral theme. Like granny square patterns, they are then joined together to create the unique heart shape. This design would be an ideal, simple Valentine's Day or just "thinking of you" present because it has a sweet sentiment without being over the top. This free crochet pattern will make your love for crochet doubly apparent!

NotesThere are eight different hexagon patterns available to make up this pillow. To get all of the patterns the same size, you will probably have to use different size hooks for each pattern.

I love this pillow! The variety of colors and motifs really make it something special. I followed the link to the individual grannies, and I can see what the designer means about having to switch hook sizes in order for the grannies to eventually be the same size. The instructions at the link above are primarily for the assembly part of this project, and are well written and illustrated.
