What a perfectly beautiful Valentines holiday poncho. It is great for cold nights out on the town. This is a one-size pattern that fits most body types. The fringe accent gives it a retro and boho look. This project is worked with two strands of yarn throughout to give it that bulky look and feel.

This poncho may be called a Holiday Poncho but it is a great poncho for the fall and winter months. In the fall you can wear it with a light sweater underneath it. In the winter it is perfect to throw over you short winter coat.

How neat for one of those kitschy holiday office parties. I don't mean to downplay the artistry of this poncho, I love this look, but something about it makes me think holiday office party. Nothing wrong with that! It's also adorable for lunch out with your gal pals. I would prefer not to have to double up on my yarn strands, though. I may switch it to purchase a bulky yarn instead.

This poncho is so elegant and just the thing for a cold day. I am not going to use the colors shown, only because they are not me, and I might use only 3 colors but I just love that the design is first crocheted in one direction and then, after joining,, the border around the whole piece can be made whatever width is needed to make the poncho as long or as short as the individual prefers. My fingers are itching to get started so Im off to get the yarn!
