Im really confused by this project. I watched the embedded instructional video, and still cant figure it out. One of the poppers has a solid bottom and doesnt open. The other is hollow and looks like its filled with yarn to simulate the streamers that pop out when the string is pulled. What I cant determine if this is an actual working popper or just pretend.
