I am glad that I waited before making one of these pony tail hats. This one designed by Tamara Kelly hits the spot. Having the built in slit makes so much common sense that I know I will enjoy wearing this design. I have locks and they are not like a normal pony tail. It is like they have a mind of their own and have a slit will be a great plus for me. Thanks for weighing in on the pony tail hat issue.

I really like the concept of an opening for your ponytail here on this crochet bun hat. I guess until you have to pull your pony tail through an opening you just can't appreciate an item such as this one. This project is one that I am kicking myself asking, now why didn't I think of that.
