If you love shopping at Anthropologie, but think the prices are too steep then you'll love this Anthro Inspired Hat. A free crochet hat pattern like this one is fun to work up because it's almost like seeing your work being sold in the store.

im not getting what the second row means...?? "Ch 2. 2 DC, ch 1 between each DC of previous round. Join with sl st in top of first DC." 2 DC where??? what do you MEAN chain in between doesn't that make it a slip stitch? i just dont get this part... anyone able to help?

This was so easy. I made one this afternoon and am making another this evening. It came out great. The directions were concise and easy to follow. I love how easy and pretty the band came out.

Hi! I love this hat, but unfortunately the link does not work. At all. Does anyone still have the pattern? I would love to make this beautiful hat! Please let me know! Thanks!

Love this hat!

Loved this hat! Already did 2 for my daughters ... now I'm on my 3rd one. Tks a lot

This hat comes out the cutest ever. Quick and easy to make, easy flow to the pattern. I did a little variation to the scallop edge, instead of attaching the sc at the end of the 6 dc, I left it loose. It adds a flouncy, ruffley edge which I have gotten many compliments on.

Hi, everyone. We are so sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing this pattern. We have noticed lately that several users are experiencing difficulty accessing patterns from Blogspot sites; there seems to be an issue with Internet Explorer. We recommend downloading an alternate Web browsing software such as Firefox or Google Chrome, which are generally more effective. For example, we are using Firefox and are able to access the pattern successfully. We hope this helps! We apologize for any inconvenience. --Editors of AllFreeCrochet

This is a really cute hat, makes up easily and the pattern was simple to make up. I had no problem with copying and pasting the pattern into a Word doc, like Carolina. There's a similar pattern on YouTube that uses a puff stitch, which makes up a warmer cap and is just as pretty!

I was able to go to the pattern.....I copied and pasted the instructions into a Word document and copied the photo and pasted into that

This is so frustrating - such a darlilng pattern and no way to access it! It looks like the people who tried in December were successful, but the Idesignadventures site is no longer accessible. Is there anyway anyone who successfully downloaded it before be able to shre it with us newbies?

Would be nice if all the people that want to read this pattern could. If you are not going to supply the pattern, it would be nice of you to REMOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pattern can't be copied and converted to pdf - only a black background or background photo appears as the pdf. Very disappointing for a pattern advertised as free.

Still can't get the pattern. Get to a page that says Design Adventures, but it is blank. No scroll ability..... :-( so sad....really want this pattern

Hi cummingsrn, when you click on the link above, be sure to scroll up - the pattern is at the top of the page. Thanks!

Has this site been fixed yet so that we can print the pattern? I am DYING to try it!

Hi everyone! We just tested the link on our end, and it seems to be working fine. Here is a direct link to the pattern: http://idesignadventures.blogspot.com/2011/11/anthro-inspired-hat.html I hope this helps! --editors of AllFreeCrochet

This doesn't work either. HOW DISAPPOINTING

I can't get it either. All I get is a blank page with the words on the bottom left "error on page". I would love to crochet this hat.... Please fix the problem with the page. Thank you....

Ditto...please fix this pattern so we can download...

Sherdon I love the hat pattern but can not get it to print out either as these others I am having trouble with it too.

I would love to do this hat, but I cannot get the dang thing in order to open so I can print it out , Can anyone get the pattern to me? I woud appreciate it

Thanks for sharing. After I figured it out, I made about six of these hats. Its very cute.

i think this hat is adorable but it wont let me print the pattern.

Totally cute! I've been inspired, myself by Anthropologie hats! Great job!

WHAT IS A MAGIC CIRCLE? 8 DC in center of what? CAN'T BE IN CH 2. I KNOW HOW TO MAKE A CIRCLE BUT THIS INSTRUCTION IS CONFUSING.

Go to YouTube and type in magic circle.Someone will show you how to do it.

Hi, carolturner2 1397260. Here is the link for a video tutorial on how to crochet a magic circle on our YouTube channel: http://youtu.be/7zXtq3tAM_A Hope this helps! --Editors of AllFreeCrochet

I think this is lovely and as soon as I can work out yarn to get....will do it ):>))

Darling!
