When I click on crochet pattern, I never see the pattern. See only edible pattern.

With the help of some wonderful people on Ravelry I have found the answer to my problem. For anyone else who wants to try this cap, Row 16 seems to have been written for left handers. It will work for right handers if you just do the stitch in the usual direction(towards the left rather than the right). There is a tutorial for how to do this in two different ways here: Margaret.

I found the body of the cap to be "easy", but it wasn't easy to do the double crochet backwards! Is this a regular stitch? I looked for tutorials but couldn't find any with any names I could think of describing it. Mine doesn't look like the one in the pic. I didn't have any trouble with the crab stitch though. By the say, craftown do not feature this cap under free patterns Hats. :(

@Frances P, To view the full pattern for this project, please click on the link that says "click here for crochet pattern." A new window will open up, and perhaps a pop-up ad, as well. First, please click the white "close" link in the top right hand corner to close the pop-up ad if it appears. Then, you will find yourself at the original designer's website (, and the pattern will be right there, in full, on the site. Hope this helps! --Editor of AllFreeCrochet

It doesn't work, I've tried several times. It goes away and then comes back. I tried to print the pattern and when it was finished printing, it had the nextog hat commercial on top of the pattern. It just won't go away. Thanks, Pat

Hi dinorah1951 6267108, The Craft Town pop-up is easy to close. Just click the white "close" link in the top right hand corner and the pattern will be underneath it. Thanks! -Editors of AllFreeCrochet

What's the use of your free paterns if most are blocked by an adv picture, making impossible to print? Thanks, Dinorah
