Autumn Vine Crochet Pumpkin

search

If bright orange isn't really your thing, try something different with this Autumn Vine Crochet Pumpkin. This unique crochet pattern is definitely not your typical pumpkin. It includes vines all around the pumpkin crochet pattern as well as a more subdued color that might look a little better sitting on your mantle. You may not believe it, but this fall decor looks a lot more complicated as a finished product than it actually is to work up. You can even leave off the vines if you don't want them.

This Autumn Vine pumpkin takes a sophisticated look because of the vines added here. The usual pumpkin decors have no vines but this one design took the pumpkin to another level. Great as Halloween decor in any venue.

It is officially Autumn and time to break out those Fall decorations. This pattern shows that the finished project will be almost eight inches in circumference which is a pretty good size to add to a table top table-scape.

I have seen pumpkin designs that are really modern in the last couple of years. From any color in the rainbow to embellishments added to complete the decorations. This designer had the for site to include photos with the directions and I hope it will be easy to complete the design in multiple colors to add to my fall decorations.

By looking at the picture, I thought this pumpkin would have been bigger than its 7.5 inch circumference. I was looking for a pattern for a more regular sized pumpkin. Can this pattern be enlarged and still maintain its shape if I used regular worsted weight yarn instead of thread?

With four grand kids under the age of seven, you can imagine why I would rather have a crochet pumpkin. It's called Unbreakable. Thus is very easy and will work up quickly. The instructions are fantastically written. I just want to find a little deeper colors to use. Thank you from a grateful grand mother!

I had been looking for the perfect pumpkin pattern. The Autumn vine was exactly the one I needed. Worked up quickly and I love them. I added real dried pumpkin top for them and a couple small branches. I know theses are going to be a huge hit

These realistic looking pumpkins are some of my favorites for fall decorations. The designer gives very thorough instructions about how to construct the pumpkin itself, and offers a couple of different options for the stem portion. I chose to make the full vine version since the vines help conceal the yarn used to create the pumpkin segments. There are photos, but they are separate from the text so theyre a little hard to figure out as theyre not linked to a specific step.
