You can have that hopeful, blooming-time feeling year round thanks to this granny square pattern. I love it. This is another great 12 inch granny square. I am collecting all of them that I find. Twelve inches is a great size and this pattern will make a beautiful pillow or wall hanging.

Wow, what a pretty square! I can think of several things I would like to make using it. I bet it would make a beautiful stained glass effect style curtain. I am going to pull out my stash bins and see how it turns out. I have been wanting something pretty and unique to hang on my patio doors. Im sure the sun would look wonderful shining through a curtain made from this pattern.

Blog Hop Crochet Alongs are perfect for beginners because they are generally designed for Novices and tested by more advanced crafters. This particular project is not only well written, but takes you step by step with photos of each completed round. Special stitches and techniques are explained and include links to instructional videos. Wonderful for building confidence in new crafters.

What a beautiful pattern. It's easy too. I love that part. You can use it for much more than an afghan. I am thinking maybe a purse. I think it would be very pretty. I love to crochet purses and with squares you can make it any size you want, from a clutch to a tote.
