This pattern is given only for the newborn size and fits a baby with a 13-14 (33-36 cm) head circumference. The pattern is presented in a five page PDF format. The following stitches and techniques are used single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, picot, working in the round, and increasing.

I love this cute little baby cocoon and beanie. Patterns for preemies and smaller babies are a rare find. Just curious about the yarn used in the project though, since it has been discontinued where will we be able to buy the yarn or can you tell us which yarn is an equivilant?
