Granny Square Stocking Ornament

By:

Make yourself a Granny Square Stocking Ornament for Christmas this year or make many in different colors to use for a gift exchange. Hang this Christmas crochet ornament on the tree or fill it with little treats for the kids...or Santa! It would also make an excellent gift topper for your holiday presents. Once the gift is given, this can be hung on the tree and enjoyed year after year.

I make this one. It popped into my head several years ago. I make a lot of things that have no patterns. The last row of the square you will need to round the heel. So I suggest to make about 5 single crochet. The next set of 3 dc is the same. The toe part I always do 1 sc;1hdc;1dc;3tr;1dc;1hdc;1sc you will do another set of 3 dc and do the other side of the heel part the same. then when you sew it together or sc crochet it together fold in half with the middle tr as the center stitch Hope this is more helpful than confusing. God bless you and keep you.

i think you should get the full pictures that you show in this pattern, on how to finish and fold the square, i cann't get it to print out

I would like the pattern for the Granny Square Stocking Ornament but the pattern is always blocked. How can I get it. Velda O'Neal
