This is a very festive coaster and a great way to help decorate your holiday table and to show off all of your talents to the family. These look so easy to make that I could make a set as a gift for everyone to take back home with them after the celebrating.

This is a very nice project for learning to follow graphs. Its such a clean, simple design that my seniors should be able to follow it without too much trouble. Its also nice for my beginning crochet little granddaughter. Shes used to coloring by graph in school, so shell be surprised to learn you can do it with crochet as well.

How cute and different. Most Christmas coasters are either shaped like a tree or bell, sometimes a star. This one is really very nice. I can make it in any color too. Maybe a white background with a gold wreath? Or all red with a green wreath. Countless numbers of ideas. Also instead of coasters why not place mats when enlarged or a table runner when connected? Thank you for sharing this.
